FC Girondins de Bordeaux was founded in 1881, making it one of the oldest clubs in France. Bordeaux has enjoyed great success over the years and is traditionally one of France’s biggest clubs.
The club is nicknamed Les Girondins, named after the French revolutionaries who came from the Bordeaux region. They are the current holders of the domestic cup, the Coupe de France, after beating Evian 3-2 in the final.
Boredeaux has won the domestic Ligue 1 title six times, most recently in 2009. The club also has four Coupe de France titles and three Coupe de la Ligue titles to its name.
The team also holds the record for most Coupe de la Ligue final appearances (6). We have Bordeaux tickets to all the big games this season both home and away in Lique 1 and in Europe.
