Chelsea have arrived in North America as the squad landed in Montreal on Wednesday to begin training. From there, the Blues will travel around the United States, playing in three games in the International Champions Cup before returning to London for one more ICC game. Chelsea’s base will be stationed in Canada throughout their stay in North America.
Chelsea begin their pre-season fixtures against the New York Red Bulls at Red Bull Arena in New Jersey. The Premier League champions face the MLS outfit on Wednesday, July 22nd
Next up for the Blues is a rematch against the French champions, Paris Saint-Germain, who also knocked Chelsea out of the Champions League last season. Both won their respective leagues and the two clubs will square off at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina on Saturday, July 25th.
The trip around North America concludes on Tuesday, July 28th with a meeting with Champions League winners and European rivals, FC Barcelona. Washington D.C. is the venue for the clash between the treble winners and English champions.
The final match of Chelsea’s pre-season campaign falls on Wednesday, August 5th as Jose Mourinho’s men take on Italian side Fiorentina at Stamford Bridge.
