Barcelona Continue To Tap Up Inter Milan Striker

Mercato Transfers Serie A

Nobody taps up a player via the media like Real Madrid and Barcelona. Whether it is a player publically commenting or a team friendly paper like Marca and Mundo Deportivo publishing stories, these two sides try to build momementum through the press where clubs fee pressured to sell them their best player.

Everyone from Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu to Lionel Messi have made it clear that they want Lautaro Martinez at the Camp Nou nxt season.

The latest voice to support the deal is Barcelona striker Luis Suarez who says he would have no qualms if Lautaro arrived from Inter.

“He’s a No 9 with spectacular movement.”

Lautaro would be signed as Suarez’s long-term heir in the Barca front line, but the Uruguayan made it clear he would ‘welcome’ his fellow hitman to Camp Nou.

“Lautaro’s a player who has grown a lot in Italy. He’s a No 9 with spectacular movement,” he told Mundo Deportivo.

“It’s not a matter of feeling compatible with players but rather that the club wants to sign players who can help us achieve the objective we all have, which is to win.

“Healthy competition will always be in the team and we’ll always row in the same direction.

“Players who come to fight for their place and help the team will always be welcome.”

I really dislike when Barcelone uses the media like this. Especially then do not have the money to buy the activate Lautaro’s release clause in the first place.
