Juventus progressed to the Coppa Italia semi-finals after a penalty shoot-out victory over Napoli following a goalless draw in Turin.
The hosts had two goals disallowed during the night with both David Trezeguet and Alessandro Del Piero denied. The visitors, meanwhile, had a succession of late chances but could not find the net so the tie went to penalties. Both sides missed two of their five spot-kicks and while Nicola Legrottaglie scored for Juve in the first of the sudden death penalties, Walter Gargano blazed over for Napoli. Juventus will now play Lazio in the semi-finals while Inter Milan will take on Sampdoria in the other semi-final.
