The Spanish newspaper Sport is reporting that Manchester United have agreed terms with Atletico Madrid for goalkeeper David De Gea, who will move to Old Trafford this summer for €20 million.
De Gea now only needs to pass a medical and for all contracts to be signed for the deal to be closed.
If this is true, it is a great deal for United. Yes €20 million, is a lot of money for a goalkeeper, double the British record for one, but De Gea is only 20 and could be the United number one for the next 15 yearss.
Atletico are said to be ready to cash in on De Gea as they need funds to carry out their plans of a major squad overhaul in the summer.
