Briefing: Agent DaMarcus Beasley (aka “the Beas Knees”) is a wicked winger who has participated in MNT missions since 2001 despite the fact he is only 26 years old today. He has incredible speed and fantastic dribbling ability, and his nose for the net has returned after a long layoff due to injury. The MNT will need him for Mission 2010 too.
Special Skills: Agent Beasley has been working undercover in Scotland with the Rangers, but prior to that he played in the Netherlands, EPL and MLS. His performances have been a mixed bag, but when he turns it on it seems there is no one on the MNT with a better chance to score. He needs to work on his passing, but his skills on the ball are great.
International Actions: In over 80 appearances for the MNT, Agent Beasley has notched 17 goals, making him one of the top 5 scorers for the agency. He did well during Mission 2002, but he played very poorly during Mission 2006. Now, he will likely have a shot at redemption in South Africa during Mission 2010, and MNT fans need him to take it.
Mission: Agent Beasley’s mission, should he decide to accept it, will be to control the wing during Mission 2010 and force enemy defenses to concentrate on him instead of his partner Agent Donovan. If he can give opponents’ headaches on the outside and create space, the MNT could advance. This message will self-destruct in five seconds.
