Ronaldo rules out any moves in returning to Manchester United

Cristiano Ronaldo enjoyed stellar seasons at Manchester United and despite having spent 6 solid years at Manchester United, Ronaldo went on to dismiss any possible chance of making a return to the club.

Having left Old Trafford last year to join Real Madrid for a world-record transfer fee of 80 million euros, Ronaldo was able to enjoy a strong season for Madrid but came up short of earning the La Liga title as Barcelona were able to edge them out.

Although Ronaldo does state the he misses Manchester United, he really does not feel that he will ever be part of the Red Devils again.

Ronaldo went on to say the following to the Daily Mirror :

“Yes of course  I miss Manchester, but No, I don’t think I’ll be going back.”

Manchester United must have felt in some ways that Ronaldo would eventually state that he will not be returning to the club, but actually hearing him say it must pave some pain in the hearts of Untied fans as they just came up short of the Premier League title. A title in which Ronaldo was able to lead the club to a total of 3 in his 6 years and even added a UEFA Champions League trophy as well.
