Ronaldinho Still On The Hunt As Corinthians Look To Land Former Barca Play-maker

Ronaldinho is expected to sign with Brazilian club Flamengo after AC Milan vice-president, Adriano Galliani, revealed that he was 99% sure that the deal is almost completed. However, Corinthians president, Andres Sanchez, is not going to give up hope in landing the Brazilian maker as he was quoted saying the following,

“An influential sponsor really wants to see Ronaldinho play at Corinthians. We’re willing to pay him €850,000 per month in order to convince him to sign for us. This is an official proposal. All they need to do is to visit me at the Parque Sao Jorge to open talks. I’ll be around every day and the player and his agent know where to find me if he’s interested in joining Corinthians.”

No statements from Ronaldinho or his agent indicate that he is interested in signing with Corinthians but it would be pretty sweet for the Coringao to have Roberto Carlos, Ronaldo and Ronaldinho all in one team. Yes, they are past their prime but I’m sure Corinthians fans won’t mind that.

Where do you think Ronaldinho will land? Think Corinthians will be able to secure a deal with the 30-year old? Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments section below.
