AC Milan forward Ronaldinho wants to extend his current contract that is set to expire next summer by two years. The Brazilian Star who currently earns wages of 8 million Euros a year will however have to receive a 25% pay cut if he wants to make his dream a reality.
Ronaldinho who made it into last years top 10 highest earning footballers list at number 6, will see his wages cut by 2 million Euros if he accepts this new deal. Rumours are rife that Brazilian club Flamengo are prepared to make Dinho a lucrative offer if he changes his mind.
Dinho has had a fantastic season with the Rossoneri and the club owe him a lot for their current position in the league. Milan should not make the mistake of letting another of its stars slip out the door. First it was Kaka who had to leave because Milan were facing serious financial problems. Now Dinho has to take a pay cut in order to get a contract extension. I mean when will these money issues end?
Ronnie’s brother who also doubles up as his agent, is said to have already met with club vice president Adriano Galliani to discuss the deal.
