After having such a dreadful season, Juventus are looking very serious to reshape their squad next season as after getting a new coach and technical director, the Turin club looks to be the most active Serie A teams in the market so far. After acquiring Simone Pepe, Marco Storari, plus the two latest inclusion Leonardo Bonucci and Jorge Martinez, the Bianconeri are still keen in getting more players as soon as possible due to their early TC next summer.
Among many names that have been constantly connected to the Turin giant, there are some that keeps on getting the headlines lately such as Philipe Mexes, Milos Krasic and Giampolo Pazzini. All three have been heavily linked with Juve lately and the press believe that the Bianconeri management are working very hard to reach an agreement with the clubs that owned those players, although there are also some tough competition that would probably trouble their plan.
With their need in getting a proper squad build as soon as possible, Juve looks to set up many alternatives players that can be the outside candidates should they fail to acquire the players on top of their wish list. This kind of method can be seen by their swift movement in getting the deal with some of their recent new players, one the example would be the purchasing of Catania’s Jorge Martinez who was done as soon as they hit a brick wall in trying to get Krasic.
Surely getting a player as soon as they can might be good because they do need to prepare much earlier than other big Serie A squad because they will be playing at the Euro League qualifying round. However, the fact that they seem a bit rush in acquiring their targets might just brings lots of questions from the fans as they might not feel confident with the club’s purchases. Not to mention the Turin based club has also made huge spending last season and they fell down miserably, that would make their fans more skeptical in following the team’s transfer plan for next season.
One thing for sure, although Juve have made such a fine start in the market for next summer, they haven’t really manage to ensure me about their strength next season especially with the fact they are still busy deciding who will be shipped out from the club. However, I can pretty much see from some of the players they have purchased and after, the Old Lady look set to play Del Neri’s favorite 4-4-2 formation which will be focusing a lot on attacking with wide players. Still is they need to make a wise transfer plan and try not to rush things out as they might be doing the same mistake all over again, which is booking for another Europa League spot.
