Galliani Moves To Re-assure Fans Concerning Players Future

AC Milan Vice Prsident Adriano Galliani has comes out to re-assure fans that Ronaldinho and Inzaghi will not be leaving the San Siro in January. The Milan chief also promised the pair new deals.

Ronaldinho has been the centre of transfer speculation ever since the summer and news that Milan would be offering him a new deal will be good news to all their fans. Dinho might not be the same player he was 5 years ago, but his contribution to the club can be seen clearly.

When Dinho plays, Milan’s chances of winning a game are way higher than when he does not play-and that is a fact. Pippo on the other hand has been a true servant for the Milanisti, however, sitting out most games is starting to take a toll on his patience.

Speaking to La Gazetta Dello Sport, Gallian did reiterate that no player will be leaving Milan in the Winter transfer window.

“No one will leave in January,”

“We will think about it in the spring or at the end of winter for the contracts [which expire] next year.”

Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri has the enormous task of fashioning a winning side. With world class players like Ibrahimovic, Robinho and Ronaldinho, Allegri will be at pains to explain himself should the Rossoneri fail to secure some silverware this season.

Meanwhile, Juventus hailed icon Alessandro Del Pierofor his 17 years of service for the club. DelPiero who turned 36 early this week, joined the Bianconeri in 1993 from Padova and has since gone on to become the club’s all time top goal scorer.

“Alessandro Del Piero, a Juventus legend, we wish you the greatest for your 36th birthday from the club and all the fans,” the statement on Juve’s official website read.

This comes just a few days after Milan president Silvio Berlusconi offered Del Piero the chance to finish his career at Milan. However, Being the gentleman that he is, Del Piero turned down his offer.
