Dzeko’s Move Hits A Snag

Milan’s winter target Edin Dzeko won’t be leaving German champions Wolfsburg just yet. That is unless Milan can cough up a whooping 40 million Euros which i think is highly unlikely.

Dzeko was meant to be Milan’s messiah for the remainder of the season however, it looks like the rossoneri might be able to cope without the services of the Bosnian international after all. Dzeko’s agent Silvano Martina stated that Dzeko will only be able to move away from Germany if any of the clubs interested in him can match his asking price.

Dzeko who was keen on joining Milan will now have to stay calm until his transfer can be resolved. In other news, Milan’s summer signing Klaas Jan Huntelaar is seeking a move away from the club to try and secure a spot in the Dutch world cup squad. Huntelaar who has struggled to get regular playing time in Milan is keen on traveling down south with his national team and is hoping that Milan will release him while the transfer window is still open.

To some other bad news. Milan’s Brazilian starlet Pato has been ruled out of the Milan Derby as he is still yet to recover from a thigh injury that has ruled him out of Milan’s past four games. Not long ago when you heard Pato was out injured you knew there was trouble for Milan but now with Ronaldinho’s return to form, and Borrielo’s impressive scoring feat, Milan have what it takes to win the derby.
