Trouble in Paradise?
Although many rumors are surfacing about Los Blanco’s failing to get along in the dressing room, Argentinean winger –Angel Di Maria- went on to address the issue to the media earlier in the day.
“We have a large group, and everyone is very united, and are glad that things are going well.” Said Di Maria.
With many reports from Spain stating that, some of the players including Xabi Alonso and Iker Casillas are having issues with Cristiano Ronaldo on and off the pitch, Di Maria went on to deny such allegations. Di Maria also went on to talk about his comfort level with the club and how much he has learned from the ‘The Special One’ Jose Mourinho, “I feel comfortable here and I am dedicated to playing. [Jose] Mourinho has been instrumental in my development as a player. He has given me confidence.”
As Real Madrid face a tough challenge on Sunday when they clash against Sevilla at the Bernabeu, Di Maria also went on to acknowledge that this a chance for many of the other players on the club to show their worth.
“It is a very important game, where we have many casualties, but those who come in need to show that they deserve to play every time they are given a chance.”
