Match day 2 of the Uefa Champions League continues tomorrow with a couple of entertaining fixtures worth watching. However, of keen interest will be the match between Ajax Amsterdam and Italian giants AC Milan at the Amsterdam Arena.
These two teams combined have won an impressive 11 Champions League titles between them and were once two of the most dominant teams in European club football.
Over the years both teams lost key players and their once fierce reputation and dominance waned to record lows. However, a after a buying spree in the summer, AC Milan are looking to reassert themselves in the European scene.
The Italian giants travel to Amsterdam with a star studded squad that will want to maintain their perfect start in the Champions League. Fresh out of a Ibrahimovic inspired win against Genoa at the San Siro on Saturday, Milan is oozing confidence ahead of tomorrow’s match.
After impressing on Saturday Allegri is expected to start with Robinho in attack along with Ibrahimovic and Ronaldinho finishing up the forward line.
The Rossoneri are up to 5th place in the Serie A standings are willing be looking to maintain the momentum when they face an impressive Ajax who lead the Dutch Eredivisie.
With the likes of Luis Suarez, Enoh, De Jong and Van Der Wiel, Ajax cannot be underestimated.

Martin Jol is expected to line up his side in their usual 4-3-3 formation with Stekelenburg as GK, Van Der Wiel, Verntonghen, Anita, De Zeeuw, De Jong, Enoh, Suarez, El Hamdoui and Emalnuelson starting the match.
After his mix and match formula worked on Saturday, Allegri will keep faith with the same side that narrowly beat Genoa.
Milan will play in a similar 4-3-3 formation with Abbiati in goal, Zambrotta, Silva, Nesta,Antonini, Gattuso, Boateng, Pirlo, Robinho, Ronaldinho and Ibrahimovic starting the match.
Prediction
Considering the recent form of both sides, a 1-1 draw is the most likely outcome. Ajax are playing at home and so have the advantage however, that is not guaranteed to win them the match. With Pato out and Allegri not keen on using lethal dtriker Inzaghi this is the most likely outcome.
