Barcelona forward Bojan Krkic could leave the Nou Camp if sentiments expressed by his agent are anything to go by. Bojan the teen who took the world by storm only a few short years ago, has in recent seasons had to struggle for a starting place in Guardiola’s line up alongside players like Pedro, villa and former duo Henry and Ibrahimovic.
Of course no one doubts the talent Bojan possesses, however, many believe that his woes are as a result of him not playing regularly. Such is the interest that Bojan has drawn that Juventus, Inter and Arsenal would be interested in acquiring his services.
With only 8 appearances for the Blaugrana this season all from the bench, it is looking more and more likely that a move away from the Catalan side in January could take place.
“Bojan is a Barcelona player and will not be leaving over the winter,” Vekic affirmed in an interview to Footmercato.net. “He is happy with his current situation, but we will re-evaluate the situation once the season is over.”
These are the words of Bojan’s aganet Zoran Vekic however, circumstance has a way of getting what it wants. Bojan might only be 20, but how long can he continue warming the bench?
Barca are well able capable of coping without him and in my view his talent would be better utilised with London club Arsenal. Both Juventus and Inter are good clubs however, they lack a history of developing talent and it would be a shame to see such a rare talent like Bojan’s go to waste.
Arsene Wenger on the other hand has a keen eye for spotting talent and the rare ability to fashion champions from ordinary players. With a host of young players featuring regularly for the Gunners, the addition of Bojan would definitely play to Arsenal’s advantage.
