Allegri’s Dilemma

Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri faces a hard decision tomorrow when he prepares his troops for their fixture against Cesena. The Serie A debutants provided one of the many opening day surprises when they held last season’s runners up AS Roma to a barren draw at the infamous Stadio Olimpico.

The decision Allegri is faced with is who to start and who to keep on the bench. The ‘Fantastic Four’ Ronaldinho, Pato, Robinho and Ibrahimovic are all World class players and as much as he may want to play them all, he is still keen on picking up all three points on offer.

Milan has been in the news lately for their last minute summer signings with many fans and pundits believing that this could be the season the Rossoneri win some silverware.

Ibrahimovic and Robinho were yesterday revealed to the press and they both promised that Milan will not only win tomorrow match but they went a step further saying that they will go all the way and win their first scudetto in 6 years.

“When you have a great team like Milan then you are favourites to win the Champions League and Scudetto. Now that I am back in Italy I am hungrier than I was last time I was here. I always enter things to win and if I don’t then I have made a mistake.” Ibrahimovic said.

In the same vain Robinho stated that Milan are now one of the strongest teams in Europe.

“I hope this season is positive for me and the club and I want to win everything with Milan. I hope to give my best for Milan. With all these great players around me I will be able to show my value on the pitch.

“Any team can play with four strikers. The most important thing is that Milan score goals, not individual players.

“I hope to have fun. Pato and Ronaldinho are players who can decide games in an instant. I hope Ronaldinho can return to playing for Brazil.”
