And so ends another year of Spain’s La Liga. It would be another fantastic year for arguably the best league in all of the world and it will surely be even more interesting next year when the galacticos look to take back what was theirs many times before. With all the star players heading over to Spain it is hard to say which powerhouse team will take home the cup next season.
As for now though, a huge congrats to Barcelona who pulled off the unbelievable run of the treble. Barca you are currently the best club in all of the world so enjoy it for now because you will have some stiff competition next season when Real Madrid gets their act together not to mention all of the other clubs from around the world.
But without further adieu this is the list of winners and losers from 2008/2009. Thanks for visiting the site and make sure to check back in for the very brief Segunda Division Awards.
