I spoke with someone at SUM World this morning about the tickets for the Mexico vs Argentina game in San Diego. Sum World is the company who is putting on the game and they say that VISA Pre-Sale tickets go on sale at Ticketmaster.com next Tuesday, April 22 after 12:00 noon.Tickets for the general public go on sale on Monday May 5th.
That is a long delay between the pre-sale and general sale and I expect that some of the secondary sources that we used like StubHub and RazorGate will have tickets next week as this game will sell out really quickly.
NOTE: I noticed that StubHub has started to sell tickets to the game:

Note that Mexico will open up its World Cup Qualifying campaign against Belize in Houston on June 15th.
